You must be at least 13 years old to use SAT Owl. If you are a minor, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has permitted your use. Provide accurate account information, keep your account secure, and do not share access in a way that compromises another person's data.

SAT Owl is a self-directed educational practice tool. It does not provide tutoring, admissions, legal, or professional advice. Practice scores are estimates and may not match an official SAT score. We do not guarantee admission outcomes, test availability, or any particular score improvement.

You may use SAT Owl for personal, noncommercial study. You may not disrupt or probe the service, bypass access controls, access another user's account, automate bulk requests, scrape or republish question banks, sell access, upload malicious material, or use the service unlawfully.

SAT Owl's software, design, branding, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Some educational materials and trademarks belong to their respective owners. SAT is a registered trademark of the College Board. SAT Owl is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the College Board, UWorld, or other referenced services.

If you send ideas or product feedback, you grant SAT Owl permission to use that feedback to operate and improve the service without payment or attribution. This does not transfer ownership of personal information included in feedback.

SAT Owl is currently offered free during early access. Features, limits, content, and availability may change. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or threaten the service or its users. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. To the extent permitted by law, SAT Owl will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost opportunities, or reliance on practice results.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
